Mumbai City FC won the first leg of the second semi-final of the ISL 2023-24 at the Fatorda Stadium after an insane comeback. It is probably the best comeback of all time in the history of the Indian Super League. The Islanders now have a huge advantage at home and the Gaurs just have to blame their own as they let Mumbai complete the comeback.ย

Boris Singh scored early in the first half to provide the hosts with a brilliant start to the game. Mumbai couldn't create enough opportunities for themselves despite dominating the possession. FC Goa came close to scoring their second but couldn't do it. Brandon's early second-half goal helped the Gaurs take a comfortable 2-0 lead. He once again scored a screamer just like he did against Chennaiyin FC. FC Goa were cruising but Mumbai did an unthinkable.

Chhangte scored in the 90th minute to bring Mumbai back into the game. The time was running but Vikram scored the equalizer in the 92nd minute and it was enough to feel the Gaurs. Mumbai weren't done as Chhangte then shocked everyone by scoring at the last kick of the game to win the first leg at the Fatorda Stadium. This is surely one of the best comebacks in the history of Indian Football.ย ย
