Royal Challengers Bangalore managed to secure their spot in the final with a win by five runs to beat Mumbai Indians.
Despite a relatively poor batting performance, Ellyse Perry led from the front to score 66 off 50 deliveries to single-handedly take RCB to a decent target of 135 in 20 overs.
With the ball, it was the spin-trio of Shreyanka Patil who picked two wickets and Sophie Molineux and Georgia Wareham picking a wicket each to keep up their fight and eventually Asha Shobana managed to take the team over the line to get the win.
Shobana defends 12 runs infront of Kerr, Vastrakar and Amanjot. It was a brilliant bowling display despite being in pressure and not to forget the contribution of Ellyse Perry with the bat that saw them to 135.
