Ruturaj raced to his 3-figure score in only 52 balls and showed his class and caliber. He became the 1st batter to score a hundred in India against Australia Men's T20Is.
Ruturaj scored an unbeaten 123 off 57 balls with 13 fours and 7 sixes. He helped India score 222 for the loss of 3 wickets in 20 overs in Guwahati.
