Priyanshu Rajawat, a member of the Thomas Cup-winning Indian team, has made it to the main draw of the Indonesia Masters Super 500 tournament on Tuesday. Other shuttlers including B Sai Praneeth were ousted in the qualifying round itself.

Priyanshu, who made it to the finals of the Odisha Open Super 100, defeated Victor Svendsen of Denmark 21-10, 13-21, 21-13 in the first match of the Indonesia Masters. He then defeated France's Christo Popov 21-17, 21-19. Priyanshu will take on Chico Aura Dwi Wardoyo of Indonesia in the first round of the tournament.

On the other hand, Kiran George, Mithun Manjunath, and Kartikey Gulshan Kumar were the other Indians to be eliminated in the qualifying round. While in mixed doubles, N Sikki Reddy and Rohan Kapoor defeated Chinese Taipei's Po Li-Wei and Chang Ching Hui 21-15, 21-18 to enter the main draw. Kiran George and Mithun Manjunath also bowed out. They losing in the first round of the qualifiers. B Sumeeth Reddy and Ashwini Ponnappa lost to Indonesia's Jafar Hidayatullah and Aisyah Salsabila Putri Pranata 22, 17.

Aakarshi Kashyap, meanwhile, was promoted to the main draw. While world No. 1 Akane Yamaguchi withdrew after making the finals of the last two events at Malaysia and India. Krishna Prasad and Vishnuvardhan Gou Panjala were beaten by Malaysia's Tan Kian Meng and Tan Wee Kiong 21. 17, 21.
