Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on Monday confirmed that all-rounder Washington Sundar has been ruled out of the remaining Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 season due to an impending finger injury.
"Royal Challengers Bangalore's all-rounder Washington Sundar has been ruled out of the remainder of IPL 2021 due to an impending finger injury," the franchise said in an official statement. The 21 year old was also one of the three players to fly back to India from England. However, He will fly along with Shubman Gill and Avesh Khan. Washington Sundar played in six matches in the first half of IPL & took three wickets.

Bengal Cricketer Akash Deep named as replacement
