Chandrakant Pandit to coach Bengal?
However, as per few other reports, Bengal think tank is also inspired by how Chandrakant Pandit has taken teams like Madhya Pradesh and Vidarbha to domestic success. Under him, Madhya Pradesh is playing the Ranji final after four decades. Before that, Vidarbha had won back-to-back Ranji titles under him. But, his rough and tough approach might not be suited for bigger teams like Bengal. A team full with stars and India probables needs more of a manager than a rough and tough coach.
With all these options, Bengal also not disinclined to look for overseas options. Coaches like Andy Flower is an option. But, is the last option if they can not find any suitable coach for the team.
