According to media reports, the Delhi team was returning from Bengaluru to Delhi. Meanwhile, the belongings of the players were stolen.
Meanwhile, three bats each have gone missing from Delhi Capitals’ captain David Warner and Phil Salt‘s kit. At the same time, two bats of Mitchell Marsh have gone. While young Yash Dhull has lost at least five bats. The players came to know about the theft the next day, when they reach their hotel rooms. The bats lost by the foreign players cost one lakh rupees each. According to a report, 16 bats, pads, shoes, thigh pads, and gloves are missing from the kit bags of Delhi Capitals players. However, despite all this, the team practiced on Tuesday.
In addition, shoes and gloves of several players have also been stolen. While Delhi Capitals players practice before the match against Kolkata despite the luggage being stolen.
