He went past the Cricketing God "Sachin Tendulkar" to become the fastest batsman to complete 25000 runs in International Cricket across all formats. He completed this achievement in the 2nd inning of the 2nd Test against Australia at Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi.

Virat Kohli added another feather to his cap on Sunday as he became theΒ sixth and the fastest batter in the world to score 25,000 runs across formats during the second Test against Australia. He reached the milestone in just 549 International matches. Kohli also has a 53-plus average while making 25000-plus runs, the highest among the members of the exclusive club. Kohli has 8195 runs from 106 Tests, 12809 from 271 ODIs, and 4008 from 115 T20Is.
