Saika Ishaque and Shreyanka Patil dominated the bowling attack for India. Then youngster Amanjot Kaur displayed a lot of composure to earn India a respectable five-wicket victory over England in the third and final WT20I in Mumbai on Sunday. England, however, won the India Women vs England Women series by 2-1.
Chasing a target of 127, Smriti Mandhana led the chase with a run-a-ball 48 but it was Amanjot's cameo performance, that helped the host got past the target with an over to spare.

It was India's first win at home against England since March 2018, after five straight defeats in the shortest format. Overall, it is only the eighth time that India have beaten England in T20Is.
India lost Shafali Verma (6) in the third over but Mandhana and Rodrigues built a partnership together to lead the chase. The best effort came from Jemimah Rodrigues, who scored 29 at No 3.
On the other hand, Mandhana took time to settle in but played a match-winning inning for India. The partnership ended when Rodrigues departed scoring 33-ball 29 that had four boundaries in it.
Rodrigues and Mandhana added 57 runs for the second wicket from 55 balls. Deepti Sharma was promoted ahead of Harmanpreet kaur at No 4 as she sustained an injury during India's bowling. Deepti was only able to score 12 runs before being caught behind off Freya Kemp in the 16th over.
Amanjot smacked two fours through cover and hit the winning runs off Ecclestone with a boundary to win the match for India in the 19th over.
Earlier in the game, Saika and Shreyanka showed their class in top-flight cricket for the first time with three wickets apiece but England skipper Knight's 52 took the visitors to 126.
Saika and Patil both produced a fabulous performance, as England lost three wickets during the powerplay. Knight soaked the pressure well and hung around to unleash a late charge which had her finishing at 52 off 42 balls with three sixes and as many fours.
But England's decision to bat first backfired completely as the two Indian spinners reduced England to 76 for 8 at one stage before Knight ensured that her team reach a respectable total.
