RCB batter Rajat Patidar has been ruled out from the entire IPL 2023 due to an injury he sustained while training a week ago. He has suffered an Achilles Heel injury, RCB have confirmed in a tweet.
The team management has decided not to name any replacement for the Indian batter. Rajat Patidar scored 333 runs in 8 matches last season. Not only that, he scored at crucial times for RCB and even scored a ton against Lucknow Super Giants in the eliminator.

The 28-year-old middle-order batter from Madhya Pradesh came in as a replacement for Luvnith Sisodia and then impressed everyone with his performance.
RCB won their first team against Mumbai Indians by 8 wickets with both captain Faf du Plessis and Virat Kohli scoring fifties. RCB will face KKR in their next match at Eden Gardens on the 6th of April, 2023.
