BCCI had formed a three-man committee to investigate the case. The committee had gone through the documents sent by the Indian wicket-keeper to the BCCI authorities.
"We will be informing all state units of the Indian cricket board to not allow him inside stadiums. He won't be given media accreditation for home matches and we will also be writing to ICC to blacklist him. Players will be asked not to engage with him," a BCCI member said via Indian Express.
Post India's series in South Africa, Boria Majumdar had intimidated Saha by saying, "I don't take insults kindly. And I will remember this." Saha had shared the screenshot of the chat on Twitter. Later, at the request of BCCI, Saha revealed the name to the BCCI committee. However, at first, he was not willing to reveal the name of the journalist as he did not want to harm the journalist's career.

Post the incident, Saha had received support from every Indian cricketer. Former players like Virender Sehwag had urged him to reveal the name for the sake of the game. Former India coach had asked Sourav Ganguly to take a look into the situation personally. Meanwhile, Rahul Dravid also had shown his concerns for the keeper-batter.
The three-men BCCI committee was led by BCCI Vice President Rajeev Shukla. Meanwhile, BCCI treasurer, Arun Dhumal and Prabhtej Bhatia were the other members of the committee. It will interesting to see Boria Majumdar's take on the latest cricket news after his 2-year long ban.
