India has produced numerous batters with unbelievable skills over the decades and is still continuing to do so. On the contrary, India's T20 Premier League IPL witnessed some extremely low scores of T20 in the past. The T20 format is a suitable one to score some good knocks, preferably depending on the situation and the pitch. There are few teams that could not even pass the mark of 70 and went all out in their innings. Let's take a look at the lowest team totals in IPL history.
RCB vs KKR- 2017

23 April 2017 is a date that the Royal Challengers Bangalore team and the fans do not really want to remember. RCB scored the lowest ever total in the IPL history on this date against Kolkata Knight Riders. KKR had to defend a low score of 131 runs which might seem tough for a while. The trio of Nathan Coulter-Nile, Colin de Grandhomme, and Chris Woakes turned the game in KKR's favor by bundling the entire RCB for only 49 runs and KKR won the match by 81 runs. The striking part is that RCB is the team with both the lowest and the highest scores in IPL history.
RR vs RCB- 2009

The 2008 IPL winner Rajasthan Royals scored the second-lowest score in IPL history. In a match of 2009 against Royal Challengers Bangalore, RR was able to make only 58 runs in 15.1 overs. RCB's Anil Kumble was the star of the night as he took the figure of 5/5.
DC vs MI- 2017
Mumbai Indians, coming to bat at first, made a whopping 212 runs against the then Delhi Daredevils. Zaheer Khan-led DC could not bat well and the cricketers were sent off in just 66 runs. Mi won the match against DD with the biggest winning margin in terms of runs in IPL history.

2017 was certainly one of the wars seasons of Delhi Daredevils. They made one of the lowest overall scores yet again that season. This time it was against the then Kings XI Punjab. Delhi came to bat first and got bundled out at 67 runs in 17.1 overs. Punjab's Sandeep Sharma was phenomenal on that match and returned with a figure of 4/20.
KKR vs MI- 2008

In the inaugural year, 2008, Kolkata Knight Riders were overall a strong team. Even after being on the stronger side, Sourav Ganguly and his men could not perform up to the mark. In the match against Mumbai Indians, KKR started in the worst way possible. The openers Salman Butt and Aakash Chopra got out in consecutive deliveries during the 3rd over. KKR had to end their batting innings after scoring only 67 runs with continuous wickets at regular intervals. MI was quite enough to chase the target in just 15 overs and won the match.
RCB vs CSK- 2019
RCB was dismissed in only 70 runs in IPL 2019 by CSK. They were able to score only 70 runs in 17.1 overs before going all-out. CSK easily chased down the target of 71 runs in 17.4 overs at a loss of 3 wickets.
RCB vs RR- 2014

In IPL 2014, RCb once again made one of the lowest scores in IPL. This time it was against Rajasthan Royals, and they could score 70 runs only in 15 overs. Coming to chase in the second innings, RR made the runs in just 13 overs and won the match.
