Gayle is widely regarded as one of the greatest batsmen to have played T20 cricket, and by some as the best ever. He played a crucial role in the West Indies teams that won the 2004 ICC Champions Trophy, the 2012 ICC World Twenty20, and the 2016 ICC World T20. He started his T20 career in February 2006 against New Zealand.
2. Yuvraj Singh | 33 Sixes
The former Indian batsman Yuvraj Singh is on the second position in the list of the most Sixes in T20 World Cup. He has scored 593 runs in 28 innings of 31 matches. During this, 33 sixes and 38 fours have come off the bat of him. Yuvraj Singh is also known as the Sixer King. In the first T20 World Cup in 2007, Yuvraj hit 6 sixes in 6 balls off Stuard Broad while playing against England. Since then he is nicknamed the Sixer King. India's captain Rohit Sharma, who is called the Sixer King of the present time, is the next batsman on this list. Rohit has scored 847 runs in 30 innings of 33 matches. He has hit 31 sixes and 80 fours in this tournament. He is among players who have been a part of every edition of the T20 World Cup, starting in 2007. 4. David Warner | 31 Sixes
Australia's opener David Warner is at the fourth position on this list. Warner has scored 762 runs in 30 matches and has hit 31 sixes and 80 fours. He is one of the most dangerous batters going around and would be raring to make a mark on home soil. He was a part of Australia's six of the seven previous T20 World Cup campaigns. Warner played a crucial role in taking Australia to their maiden T20 World Cup title last year. He scored three half-centuries in seven matches, including one in the final against New Zealand. In spite of being a superstar player, de Villiers has not had the privilege to hold the T20 World Cup.
