Meanwhile, for the Netherlands, the scenario is the same. They faced back-to-back defeats in the Super 12 stage after a successful first round of the tournament. Nederlands lost their first two games against Bangladesh and India respectively, and in spite of performing well, they missed the important points. Against Bangladesh, they suffered a close defeat by just 9 runs while against India suffered a big defeat as compared to the first one.
Now, against Pakistan they will be looking to grab their first points as the men in green are also coming from two consecutive defeats. The Perth Stadium is a balanced one, so we may see another tight game here between the Netherlands and Pakistan.
