The Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) ties up with British Council in order to learn proper English and educate the players of Bengal.

On Friday, the Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) ties up with British Council in order to learn proper English and educate the players of Bengal. CAB takes this initiative because they want their players to be ready for any interviews or media press conferences. President Mr. Abhishek Dalmiya is happy to collaborate with the British Council, who will help the players of Bengal to learn and speak English properly when needed.

In an exclusive interview, CAB president Mr. Avishek Dalmiya stated about the full process and it's concequeesnses below.

"We are happy to announce that we are going g to tie up with the British Council to educate our players. The players need to talk in English with confidence, I think that is the most important thing.

Our cricketers represent the association and also they can respond to any queries. They wouldn't lack in confidence if they have to speak in public or while receiving the awards. they need the confidence to speak in front of news channels and broadcasters. It will boost their confidence."

CAB president Avishek Dalmiya said

"As far as the Cricket Association of Bengal is concerned, by we are absolutely becoming in the course of cricket we want to be ready and derived. But, also at the same time, we feel that they also turned out to be confident and that is very important for all boys and girls.

So, once they represent Bengal they will have that confidence in them and that is what our program is all about. We are very happy that the British council comes forward. Specially thanks to Mr. Nick Low, who is the head of the British high commissioner. It's all happened because of him otherwise it wouldn't been possible. Thanks to him and thank you all, thanks a lot."

Mr. Avishek Dalmiya added

In the presence of Honorable secretary Mr. Snehasish Ganguly and other members of the apex council, Mr. Dalmiya announced it to the media on Friday. Meanwhile, moments before they celebrated the birth anniversary of Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy.

Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy was was a freedom fighter and a politician. He served West Bengal as the Chief minister from 1948 to till his death in 1962. Meanwhile, in the same day(July 1) Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy left us in 1962. He was an Indian physician, educationist, philanthropist, and a freedom fighter.

Moreover, this tie-up with British Council will help the players of Bengal to be interview-ready on any occasion. Be it an award-winning show, interviews, or in pre/post media conferences.
