For India, it is quite simple. They need to beat Ireland to be in the semis. For West Indies to qualify, they will need Ireland to beat India heavily as both India and West Indies are on four points. But West Indies have already played four games of the group stage.

For Pakistan, it is quite difficult to qualify for the semis after their defeat against West Indies in the previous game. They will need Ireland to beat India and then they will have to beat England to give them a chance to qualify for the semis. Although Pakistan have a better NRR than India, they will have to depend on Ireland to have a place in the knockouts.
