#5 Sanath Jayasuria (13)

This Sri Lankan international changed the pace of the game once and for all. He took Sri Lankan cricket to new heights with his aggressive style of play. In 22 years of international cricket from 1989 to 2011, Jayasuriya played in 586 international matches and 176 series. He features at no.5 in the list, winning 13 man of the series awards 2 of which came in test series and the rest 11 in One-day series.

Considered as one of the greatest all-rounders of all times, Jacques Kallis features at no.4 in the list of players with the most Man of the Series awards. He had a phenomenal international career with 19 years of experience from 1995-2014. Kallis was part of 519 international games and 148 series. Kallis managed to bag 15 awards with 9 coming in the test series and 6 in ODIs.

#3 Shakib Al Hasan (16)

Shakib Al Hasan has been one of the best all-rounders in recent times. He escalated the world rankings pretty quickly and is now the no. 1 all-rounder in the world in ODIs. He recently took his tally to 16 after he won the award against Australia. Shakib has played 357 international games and 130 series for Bangladesh till now. He has won the man of the series award on 16 occasions in international cricket which is the third most in history. Shakib has won the man of the series in 3 Test series, 7 ODI series, and 4 T20 series.

Arguably the best player in the world, Virat Kohli features at number 2 in this list. Any list would be incomplete without this man featuring in it. The Indian captain has won games single-handedly for his country and has certainly mastered the art of chasing. He has played in 437 international matches so far since making his debut in 2008 and has taken part in 132 series with many to go.

Kohli has already won the man of the series award on 19 occasions in international cricket and it is the second-most in history. The right-hander has won man of the series in 3 Tests series, 9 ODI series, and 7 T20 series.

Sachin Tendulkar is widely regarded as the god of cricket and he had a big impact on international cricket. Having made his debut very early at the age of 16 years in international cricket, Sachin represented India in 664 international games and 183 series.

He has won the man of the series awards on 20 occasions which is the most in international cricket history. Sachin went on to win the man of the series in 5 test series, and 15 One day international series.
