The big news that you already know is that Virat will be back at the opening. Devdutt Padikkal has fixed his position at the top as well. Though, ABD has not played any cricket recently. So, it can be a fresh start for him.

Youngsters like Patidar and Shahbaz looked great in the practice matches. Azharuddin is also a great striker of the ball. Chahal’s form might worry captain Kohli. However, the inclusion of Daniel Christian might give them an all-rounder option that they were looking for.

But, the spotlight will be on the big fish of the season, Glenn Maxwell. Glenn would be looking to impress the team management to forget the sorrows of the last season.
