Match: New Zealand vs Namibia – 36th Match – Super 12 Group 2
Venue: Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Sharjah.
Date & Time: 5th November 2021 at 3:30 pm (IST)
Where to Watch Live: Star Sports Network & Disney+Hotstar.
Pitch Report: Sharjah's pitch is slightly on the slower side with the batters having to work hard for their runs. There isn't much swing on offer for the pacers, who will look to hit the hard lengths more often than not. As the match progresses, the spinners will come into play, making for a good contest in the middle overs. Both teams will look to chase, with 150-160 being par at this venue.

The two teams are yet to play a game against each other in T20Is.
The Kiwis have more or less a settled unit. In each match they have played so far, they have managed to put up a fight which has been their biggest takeaway. While they did end up losing a game against Pakistan, they were in the match for a good part of it. They then outplayed India and despite losing three early wickets against Scotland managed to hand them a comfortable defeat in the end.
Against Namibia, the BlackCaps would want to sort out the batting mini-collapse that happened the other day and put their best foot forward.
For Namibia, their best bet is to try and restrict the Kiwis to as low a score as possible. Their bowling has been the stronger of the two departments and especially against strong sides. It is usually the batters who tend to struggle against some of the world-renowned bowlers.
If somehow Jan Frylinck and Ruben Trumpelmann get the better of the Kiwi batters and control the opposition innings, this could be an interesting game and Nambia's best chance to pull a might opponent down.
