Mohun Bagan Super Giant clinched a 2-1 win in their second game of the AFC Cup 2023-24 group stages against Maziya S&RC at the Salt Lake Stadium, Kolkata. The Mariners got the lead in the 28th minute, after an impressive goal from Jason Cummings. MBSG had a big opportunity to double their lead in the 40th minute, but Cummings and Dimitri Petratos made a huge mistake in the penalty attempt. They failed to replicate the Lionel Messi-Luis Suaurez 'pass penalty' attempt. Wada scored a brilliant equalizer in the 45th minute to bring Maziya back into the game. Jason Cummings then came up with a 92nd-minute winner to help his side get a thrilling win.

Cummings tries a cheeky move by trying to pass the ball for Petratos. Antic was way ahead of Petratos and he got to the ball before the Australian and cleared the danger.
