The AIFF selecting committee have picked their winners for the 2023 AIFF awards which depicts the best players and coaches in both Men's and Women's Indian Football. The Men's awards was selected on the basis of coaches of both I-League clubs and the Indian Super League. The Women's awards are selected by the head coach of the Women's national team in consultation with AIFF Technical Director.

There were a total of six awards announced today by the AIFF through a post on social media. It was the first time in recent years that Indian footballing legend, Sunil Chetri was not on the shortlist to become the best Men's Player Of The Year.
