Parthiv Gogoi found Guillermo with a cross and the Spaniard tried to go between the legs of Aldred. At the end, it was an easy save for Kaith.

Parthiv Gogoi comes in for Jithin MS. A surprising change.

Northeast United keeps on attacking as Jithin MS nearly found the net from outside the box with a volley. Kaith was good enough to negate with that. 

Vishal Kaith kept the ball out as Mayakannan was on target with his left foot.

Suryavanshi comes in for Greg Stewart.

Ajaraie with a brilliant cross for Guillermo Fernandez who from the edge of the box went for the volley to get the equaliser.

Game on in Kolkata. Ajaraie scores the equaliser for NorthEast United FC. Jithin MS laid the ball for Ajaraie to go for the shot with his right foot. He chose to go for the near post and beat Kaith with speed. 

MBSG 2-1 NEUFC. 

Nestor with a left-footed curling shot from outside the box. However, the ball did not dpi enough to enter the goal. 

Jithin MS on the right had the chance to go across to the far post but decided to target the near post. Bose came in to make the block before Kiath got hold of the ball. 

Petratos from the halfway mark tried to surprise the goalkeeper with a long range lob. Gurmeet was cautious enough to grab the ball on the line.

Thoi Singh is out for Northeast as Guillermo replaces him. For Mohun Bagan, Petratos came in for Sahal Abdul Samad.

Mohun Bagan played like the defending champions. Sahal looked solid in the middle while Liston has been impressive on the left. 

Sahal won the early penalty and Jason Cummings scored from the spot to give them the lead. Though Jithin MS looked like the one to nearly break the deadlock for Northeast, there would be questions on how other players struggled against a better opponent. 

Before the half-time whistle, Sahal doubled the lead for them with Liston assisting him. 

What a team goal from Mohun Bagan! 

Liston Colaco first with a great run on the left and then made the entry inside the box before making a cutback with his side of the foot to find Sahal on the volley. 

Sahal did not miss the chance to find the back of the net for the first time this season. 

MBSG 2-0 NEUFC!

5 minutes added as injury time in the first time.

Manvir Singh, with another chance. End-to-end action as first Jithin had a chance to get the equaliser but Thapa came to the rescue to track the ball back and provide Sahal with the chance to pass the ball to Manvir.

Manvir's shot was saved by Gurmeet.

Alberto Rodriguez has to leave after sustaining an injury. Asish Rai replaces him.

Nestor replaces injured Bemammer, who despite trying to continue, will not take any part in the game now.

Manvir makes a good entry inside the box before sending a right-footed shot towards the near post. However, the angle was too close for him to beat Gurmeet. 

Bemammer looks injured with a muscle injury. Nestor was getting ready to come in. But Bemammer, looks like wants to continue. 

Jithin, again, on the left made a great run to cut inside. But, his pass to Ajaraie found the Moroccan offside. 

Jithin with a chance with his header as he received a great long cross from Thoi Singh on the right. He should have gone for more power or passed it to an incoming Bemammer. 

Cummings with a solid solo run to beat two defenders just at the edge of the box. However, with only the goalkeeper in front of him, Cummings could not lob the ball over Gurmeet to increase the lead.

A brilliant first touch from the winger to get the hold of the ball but let the ball with a weak left-footed shot.

Easy and how! Jason Cummings sends Gurmeet the other way and the top scorer of the season easily puts the goal inside the goal.

The defending champions take the lead. And, surely we are in for more goals. 

MBSG 1-0 NEUFC

Sahal is fouled inside the box. Asheer Akhatar pulled Sahal down on the turf and it is a penalty for the defending champions.

Hamza gets the yellow card for protesting. 

Liston Colaco, just the like last two matches has been great on the left from the start. Sahal Abdul Amad is combing well with him in the middle with Jason Cummings staying at the top. 

Make sure you do not forget Manvir Singh as well. 

Jithin MS with a great run on the left flank and sent a great cross for his teammate Ajaraie. But, Alberto Rodriguez came running from behind to make the interception.

After a strong performance in the group stage, Juan Pedro Ben Ali's men were clinical in the knockouts. They first defeated the Army Red team in the quarter-finals by 2-0 and then knocked out a confident Shillong Lajong FC by 3-0 in Shillong to qualify for their first-ever finals in any domestic tournament.

Mohun Bagan had faced two tough games coming to the final. In the first knockouts, they were nearly knocked out by the Punjab FC in Jamshedpur where they won the match in the penalties after the match was tied 3-3 after the full time.

Vishal Kaith was the hero for them in that match with crucial saves in the penalties.

Kaith was again at his supreme best as Mohun Bagan Super Giant registered a solid comeback in the semi-final against a strong Bengaluru FC. They were down and out by 0-2 by half-time and comeback like a 17-time Champions to first, make it 2-2 and then win the match in the penalties. Kaith made two excellent saves in the shootout.

One of the most iconic football stadiums in Asia, the Salt Lake Stadium will be the host for the Durand Cup 2024 final between Mohun Bagan Super Giant and North East United FC. The stadium has a maximum capacity of 85,000 people but it was limited to 68,000 by FIFA during the under-17 FIFA World Cup.

Parthiv Gogoi makes it 3-0 for Northeast United. Hamza with a good pass and Parthiv was allowed to make the run on the left and make an entry into the final third. He opted to go for the goal with his left foot and he got the goal.

Red card for Shillong player Ronney Wilson. Shillong Lajong are now down to 10-men!

Gogoi tried to stop Gladdyon from the right flank and fouled him. He gets the yellow card.

Parthiv Gogoi and Thondonba come in for NEUFC.

Guillermo made a good run to get a long ball from midfield but Kenstar grabbed him from behind as he saw the ball go for a goalkick.

Gladdy and Kynsailang come in for SLFC.

Great save from Manas Dubey to resist NEUFC from going 3-0 up. 

Shillong now need to change something or get a move to make something happen. NUEFC did not allow them to have the space, and thus, Shillong had to go for long-range shots. Can they make a comeback in the game?

Yellow card for Redeem Talang.

The trio of Ajaraie, Jithin MS and Thoi Singh made everything happen for Northeast United FC in the semi-final against Shillong Lajong FC.

Damait chose to go for a long-range shot from outside the box. However, the missed the target by a long way. 

Sangti comes in for Wadajied. 

Redeem Talang started his career with Shillong Lajong on the same ground he is playing for NEUFC tonight.

Redeem Talang and Guillermo come in for Jithin and Nestor Albiach.

Jithin with a good cross from the left, looking for Thoi. But, Kenstar was there to deflect the ball for a throw-in. 

Two changes from Shillong Lajong in the second half. Damait came in for Hame! Figo in for Sana!

A great first half for Northeast United after the home team looked great in the first few minutes. The ISL team came back stronger with a goal in the 13th minute from Thoi Singh and then Ajaraie doubled the lead for Northeast United. 

Shillong need to make some changes to their tactic to get that goal in the second half.

A good carving corner from Hardy. But, Gurmeet was quick enough to catch the ball in the air before falling onto the heads of any Shillong player.

Thoi Sing on the left again had the space and speed to make the run before making the cutback for Ajaraie. However, a wall of defenders stopped that from going on the feet of Ajaraie. 

The Brazilian with a left-footed shot from outside the box. The shot did not have enough spark to beat Gurmeet. It is an easy grab for the goalkeeper. 

A beautiful ball from Nestor found Ajaraie on the round who brought the ball down with his left foot. Then lobbed the ball with his right foot but hit the woodwork. He was then sharp enough to make a turn and put the ball inside the goal with his left foot.

The assistant referee first showed the flag but after a discussion, the goal was given by Crystal John. 

SLFC 0-2 NEUFC

Wadajied with a long-range left-footer from outside the box. His shot took a deflection and nearly went it. Gurmeet did well to get a hand to it and let it go for a corner. Suddenly the decimal is up in the stadium. 

Ajaraie and Jithin are creating a lot of issues for Shillong Lajong FC from the left. The home team have not been able to tackle their speed and skill till now.

Sana tried to go for the goal with a right-footed shot from the right. However, Dinesh was there to block him. Meanwhile, Jithin is injured after a tussle with Ronney.

Thoi Singh scores the first goal of the night. It was Smate with the long throw to Ajarie who with a back-heel found Jithin on the left. Jithin went in with the ball and provided a great pass across the box to find a sliding Thoi Singh for the goal. 

Great start for the visiting team as Juan Pedro Benali shows the fist pump. 

SLFC 0-1 NEUFC.

Christal John has no-nonsense showing the second yellow card of the night. Sana gets the caution for diving inside the penalty box.

First yellow card of the night for NEUFC's Samte for a foul on Buam on the byline, who was running away with the ball on the right flank. 

Obviously, it was just about time that the ISL team would get their grove back as they prepared their attack with Jithin, Ajarie, Nestor and Thoi.

For the first two and a half minutes Shillong Jajong had the ball with them and with two corners in the meantime, nearly produced a close chance as well. 

However, NEUFC won the ball back and Jithin made a run that put the Shillong team underpressure.

Pulga Vidal beats Vishal Kaith to give Punjab FC the lead. Mrzljak with a pass from the right to find the Argentinian in the middle. Vidal first outfoxed Aldred to go for the shot with his left foot. Vishal got a touch to the ball but was not good enough to stop the ball from going to the goal.

MSBG 2-3 PFC.

Dimitri Petratos comes in for Mohun Bagan replacing Aldred. Meantime, Subhasish Bose comes in for them too replacing Sahal Abdul Samad.

Mrzljak scores the equaliser for the Shers. A bullet shot from the Croatian brought the score to a level. He outfoxed Aldred first before sending the rocket towards the goal. Kaith was beaten by speed here.

MBSG 2-2 PFC

Pulga Vidal with a Messi-like shot form the left. However, the shot from the Argentine was a bit high. Punjab FC looking good. 

We can see Dimitri Petratos warming up on the sideline. We all know, what he brings to the table for Mohun Bagan. 

Liston Colaco on the left again made a good run before making an entry into the box. He was blocked by Lhungdim. But, no penalty was given by the referee. 

Shockingly Luka Majcen is replaced by Bakenga.

What a chance for Nihal Sudeesh who had received a great ball from Mrzljak. However, Vishal came out of the goal to make the save. The rebound ball fell onto the feet of Luka Majcen. But, Kaith was good enough to save that shot too.

Manvir Singh finds the net two minutes after coming off from the bench. Sahal Abdul Samad gave away the pass form the edge of the box to find Manvir on the go. And, the Indian striker goes across the goalkeeper to find the net in the far post.

Mohun Bagan Super Giant 2-1 Punjab FC.

For Mohun Bagan, Manvir Singh is in for Dippendu Biswas and Jason Cummings is in for Suhail Bhat. 

Pradhan is out for Punjab FC and Pulga Vidal is in for him.

It is half-time here at the JRD Tata Stadium in Jamshedpur. 

Punjab FC took the lead via a penalty from Luka Majcen while Mohun Bagan equalised through a lucky deflection from Suhail Bhat.

Mohun Bagan get the equaliser. Greg Stewart with a shot that was deflected by Suhail Bhat and a lucky goal for the defending champion.

Liston Coalco again with an important run, dribble and cross from the left. However, this time the ball was from Suhail Bhat, who was a bit late to get to the ball. And the ball was cleared by Ivan Novoselec. 

It is Liston Colaco again with the ball from the left. Colaco cut back at the right time to give Sahal a chance to go for a shot. However, he went for a cute little lob, which was easily grabbed by Ravi Kumar.

Sahal Abdul Samad misses a scoring opportunity after receiving a cute pass from Liston. Rather than shooting the ball into the back of the net, Sahal went for a no-look pass in the middle of the box. However, there was no Green and Maroon jersey to receive the ball. 

Another let-away from the Mohun Bagan team. This time it was Asish Rai who gave the ball to Luka Majcen who made a good run on the left before entering the box. But could not score the goal.

Brilliant from the Indian National team star. He received the ball on the left flank and decided to go further before sending a left-footed shot which hit the side of the net. 

Mohun Bagan, desperate to score now, cutting lose to get into the grove with Asish Rai and Liston Colaco on both sides.
