Match Preview

The Cherries will be looking to pick up their first win of the season in his match but it is not going to be easy. They are on a 6 game winless streak in the Premier League which is quite concerning for the manager.

In their previous game against Liverpool, Bournemouth failed to hold on to their early lead of one goal and lost 3-1 to the hosts. The match did show some convincing points in the early parts of the game but those were not enough to get three points for Bournemouth. Against Tottenham they will hope to give a different performance in front of their home fans.

On the other hand, Tottenham are on a high as they managed to beat Manchester United 2-0 last Saturday in front of their own fans. According to many pundits, Ange Postecoglou has transformed this Tottenham team into a good football playing club, which they were said to be lacking after Antonio Conte's appointment.

In their tie against Manchester United, they won the match because of a brilliant second half display by the Spurs players. They dominated the midfield and didn't let United create any goalscoring chances and picked up all three points. Postecoglou's side will be looking to create the same chaos when they travel to Bournemouth.

Antoine Semenyo is likely to keep his starting berth for the Cherries following his goal at Anfield last week, while Tyler Adams could make his debut.

Iraola has largely kept the same team in his opening games and is likely to do so again with the likes of Dango Ouattara, Alex Scott and Lewis Cook all injured.

For Spurs, James Maddison is a doubt after leaving the win over United on crutches, while Rodrigo Bentancur, Ryan Sessegnon and Bryan Gil are also unavailable.
