FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup 2022: India vs Morocco match report: Dissapoinitng India suffers 0-3 loss against Morocco

Another heartbreak for India as they suffered successive losses in the FFIA U-17 Women's World Cup. After getting smashed by USA, every Indian fan hoped for a turnaround against Morocco. But, that was not to be. Indian coach Thomas Dennerby made five changes to the first eleven. However, that could not inspire the result he wanted. India somehow managed to keep it goalless till half-time but could not keep up with it post that. A handball by Naketa in the 49th minute provided Morocco with a penalty and Doha El Madani scored from the spot. Then it was the captain of the Morocco team who tapped in from a pass by Samya Masnaoui. With the loss, India's hope to stay alive in the World cup now is over.
