Spanish journalist Mario Cortegana has revealed on the Inaki Angulo TV podcast that Endrick has made up his mind about his next destination. The Palmeiras prodigy, a target for Barcelona, is keen on joining Real Madrid, handing Los Blancos a boost in his pursuit.

Endrick has become one of the hottest properties in the transfer market on the back of his exploits in age-group football. The 16-year-old first burst into the limelight following his performances at the Copinha. And his stock has skyrocketed since earning a promotion to the first team despite still being in his teens

The Brazilian whizkid has not taken long to make his mark for Palmeiras, grabbing two goals and one assist in just 106 minutes of game time. Endrick's displays have not gone unnoticed either, as he has captured the attention of several European bigwigs, including Barcelona and Real Madrid.

Barcelona last signed an eye-catching Brazilian attacker nearly a decade ago when Neymar arrived at Camp Nou. And the interest in Endrick stems from Robert Lewandowski's advancing years. With the Polish striker in the twilight years of his career, Barcelona will have to lay down a succession plan for the summer signing.

Football Transfer News: Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus part of Real Madrid's 5-man transfer shortlist for 2023

Real Madrid have reportedly identified five players for their 2023 summer transfer window and Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus is one of them.

The Brazilian forward joined the Gunners from Manchester City in the summer for £45 million. He has scored five goals and provided five assists in 15 matches in all competitions for the club so far.

Jesus has helped Arsenal start their campaign brilliantly as they sit second in the Premier League table having played 11 matches. They are also atop Group A in the UEFA Europa League after five games.

The versatile forward was linked with Real Madrid in the summer as well (via The Sun). However, the move couldn't go through due to passport issues.

Los Blancos are now set to return for the former Manchester City man next summer.

They believe Jesus could be a good backup or potential replacement for Karim Benzema.

The 2022 Ballon d'Or winner has been an exceptional servant to the club but will turn 35 in December. Benzema has registered six goals and one assist in 11 matches in all competitions this season.
