Lotjem to Mumbai City
Yesterday, Mumbai City FC announced the signing of youngster Seilanthang Lotjem from Sudeva Delhi. The 19-year-old forward had an amazing I-League 2022-23 season and became the joint-highest leading goalscorer.
He was born in Manipur and was playing with Delhi for the past two years and displayed his qualities to the World. He's one of the brightest prospects in Indian football at the moment.
Inspite of scoring so many goals, he couldn't save Delhi from getting relegated. There was a lot of interest from other big clubs too, but it looks like he's destined to go to Mumbai City FC.
Lotjem will be the eight signing of the season for Des Buckingham in this transfer window in Indian Football Transfer News. Buckingham rates the youngster very highly and has plan for him in the upcoming season.

Ajay Chhetri to East Bengal (Loan)
East Bengal have been successful to sign Ajay Chhetri from Bengaluru FC on a season long loan deal. Ajay Chhetri who played for the Red and Golds in the 2020-21 Hero ISL season is set to make a return.
Carles Cuadrat, the head coach of East Bengal, who have worked with Ajay before in Bengaluru are well aware of the midfielder's qualities and could use him well in East Bengal's midfield.
Excited to reunite with the Red & Gold brigade, a delighted Ajay said, "I am very happy to be backat East Bengal. I am thankful to Emami Group, the club and Coach Carles for trusting my abilities. Ican't wait to reunite with Coach Carles under whom I made my Hero ISL debut."
He further added, "I made my East Bengal debut during the COVID-19 pandemic, so I missed out on theexperience of playing in front of the East Bengal fans. I will try my best to prove my worth and makethe fans happy."
