In the latest transfer news, sensational reports are coming in about Neymar moving to Chelsea this summer. Declan Rice is back on the radar for Chelsea as they want back their former academy player.

Neymar to reunite with Tuchel at Chelsea?

The Blues are reportedly the favourites to sign Paris Saint-Germain winger Neymar this summer, according to The Daily Star and Sky Sports PSG's re-shuffle this summer has seen both Christopher Galtier and Luis Campos takeover from Maurizio Pochettino and Leonardo respectively.

Campos already wants to make his presence known by selling the 30-year-old this summer but one of Neymar's former agents categorically ruled this out recently stating that his former client wanted to stay to win the Champions League in the French capital. However, despite the Daily Star's report that cited the latest odds, CBS's Ben Jacobs has claimed that the chances of seeing Neymar in Chelsea blue next season are 'pretty slim.'

He tweeted: "No chance of a move to Newcastle. Pretty slim chance of Chelsea currently due to other priority targets. If Neymar goes, and that's still not his preference, his next destination is more likely to be outside of the Premier League."

Back in 2017, Neymar arrived in Paris in a world record £198 million deal from Barcelona. Signed to be the leading man at the club, Neymar failed to live up to the expectations. He failed to lead the team to the elusive Champions League trophy, they came close in 2020 when they reached the final but lost 1-0 to German giants Bayern Munich.

According to GOAL, Neymar's attitude and poor form has worried PSG officials and they are looking to move him on. The Brazilian's relationship with Kylian Mbappe has also taken a turn for the worse in recent times, Mbappe is now the main man at the club after signing a huge new contract last month. 

Latest Transfer News: Declan Rice to return to boyhood club, Chelsea?

Chelsea's new owner Todd Boehly has Declan Rice hot on Chelsea's transfer 'agenda' this summer and could initiate contact with his camp as early as next week, according to reports.

Dean Jones via Give Me Sport has reported that: "A move for Declan Rice is on the agenda at Chelsea as part of the fast-moving new era of Todd Boehly. Early indications from sources suggest the Blues could even contact West Ham officials in the coming weeks with a fresh approach."

On the contrary, The Telegraph's Matt Law reckons a move for the West Ham star if it was to happen this summer would be done at the rear end of this transfer season.

Regardless, it is going to be a busy summer in SW6 transfers wise with The Telegraph also confirming what football.london knew a while ago that the budget set for Tuchel on this whole squad rebuild is £200million plus any extra generated through player sales.

Of course, the Blues could use David Moyes' interest in a certain Armando Brojato try and get what they want - even if that means building a rapport with the east Londoners to make a move for the Three Lions international next summer more likely.
