As Havertz is set to become an Arsenal player with medical scheduled at The Emirates, we take a look at the players who've moved directly from Chelsea to Arsenal before him. The rivalry between these two London clubs have been going on for ages and the players who've played for both the clubs are given the status of a "traitor" , such is the rivalry between these two clubs.

William Gallas

The french defender is the first player ever to make the move from Chelsea to Arsenal. He has over 100 appearances for both the clubs and have scored equal number of goals for both the clubs, which is 12.

He has won the Premier League in 2005 and 2006, the League Cup and the FA Community Shield in 2005 only. He hasn't won anything in his time at Arsenal. After Arsenal he went to Tottenham, making him the "traitor of all traitors".

Lassana Diarra

The next player on the list is Lassana Diarra. The former french professional hasn't really been consistent for any of the two London clubs. He has an all total of 20 appearances for both Chelsea and Arsenal, which tells the whole story of him being just a squad player.

He did win the 2007 FA Cup and League Cup with Chelsea though. Couple of years later, after leaving Arsenal, he signed for Real Madrid to everyone's surprise where he had 87 appearances.

Yossi Benayoun

Yossi Shai Benayoun was an Israeli footballer who was signed by Chelsea in 2010, where he played untill 2013 bagging only one goal in 14 appearances. He was loaned to Arsenal in 2011 - 2012 season, where he scored 4 goals in 19 matches for Arsenal as a midfielder.

He didn't win anything at Arsenal but in 2013 he was part of Chelsea's Europa League winning squad, which is the only silverware he has won in his club career.

Petr Cech

Petr Cech is probably the biggest name on the list. He's considered a legend of both the teams but he has achieved more at Chelsea. He has over 300 appearances for Chelsea making him one of the greatest Premier League goalkeepers of all time. He has won the Premier League Golden Glove award on 4 occasions which is the most by any keeper. He spent over 10 years at Chelsea and his time at Arsenal was of 4 years only where he made 110 appearances for the North London Club.

He has won the Champions League(2012), the Premier League(2005,2006,2010 and 2015), the FA Cup(2007,2009,2010,2012 and 2017), the League Cup(2005,2007 and 2015), the FA Community Shield(2005,2009,2015 and 2017) and the Europa league (2013) with Chelsea and Arsenal.

David Luiz

The next person on the list is a Brazilian defender who has won trophies with both the clubs. David Luiz's time at Chelsea was a strange one. He signed for them from Benfica in 2011 and then he went to PSG after three years and then Chelsea signed the defender again on 2016. He has played 160 matches in total for The Blues. And then he signed for the Gunners in 2016. He was there for 2 years.

He has won the Premier League in 2017, the Champions league in 2012, the FA Cup in 2012 and 2018, the Europa league in 2013 and 2018 with Chelsea. And the FA Cup and Community Shield in 2020 with Arsenal.

Willian

Another Brazilian who has moved directly from Chelsea to Arsenal. With over 200 appearances for Chelsea, Willian has 37 goals toh his name. The current Fulham winger has played 25 matches for Arsenal. He was just in the team for 2021 season. Willian's time at Arsenal was very average unlike his years at Chelsea, they were brilliant.

He has won the Premier League in 2015 and 2017 with Chelsea. For Chelsea he has also won the Europa league and the FA Cup in 2019 and 2018 respectively.

Jorginho

The Italian midfielder was the latest and the most recent transfer from Chelsea to Arsenal. He was instrumental for Chelsea's champions league win. He even came 3rd in the Balan D'or in 2021 nd won the UEFA Men's Player of the year award too that year. He was there at Chelsea from 2018-2023. He became Chelsea's permanent penalty taker because he deceived the opposition goalkeeper so well during his penalties.

His move to The Emirates was a surprise because he wasn't Arsenal's primary target. But Arteta used to rate him very highly, so when Caicedo deal failed, Arsenal bought Jorginho instead as a Thomas Partey back up.

With Chelsea he has won the Champions League, the Europa League, Super Cup and FIFA club World Cup. He hasn't won anything at Arsenal yet but his first season at the club was promising.

Kai Havertz is coming to Arsenal with a huge reputation. People know he's talented, but because he hasn't performed that well for Chelsea, he's yet to prove his worth in the English Premier league.
