Premier League News: Arsenal celebrated like they've won the league after winning against Wolves

In the latest premier league news, Arsenal is back to winning ways after their 1-0 triumph over Wolves. The only goal from Gabriel Magalhaes in the 25th minute saw the Gunners see out the win. It was the Gunners' first win after back-to-back 5 winless runs. 

However, Wolves midfielder Ruben Neves hits out at Arsenal for their over-the-top celebration after the win.

Premier League News: What did Ruben Neves say?

"We saw the way they celebrated the win and that shows the level we are," said Neves.

"I didn't see Arsenal celebrating like this in the past 10 years - it was like they won the league."

Wolves manager Bruno Lage wasn't very happy with the results as well: "I'm disappointed because I thought we were the better team,"

"Our tempo was very good and we managed the game well but we didn't score our chances and we suffered from a set-piece."

Arsenal and their frequent Red Cards

"To win football matches like that is extremely difficult and we have to stop it," he told reporters. We've been talking about it. I have run out of ideas , I think. Said Mikel Arteta

"The character, how we dug in, the spirit we showed, I'm really proud of the boys. There was togetherness and unity.

"We need to play with 11 players in the last 16 games and that is key. To win games with 10 men is very unlikely."

With the win over Wolves, Arsenal is now very close to the top 4 spots i.e the champions league qualification. With just 1 point difference, Arsenal will now look to dethrone West Ham in the coming days.
