Borussia Dortmund qualified for the UEFA Champions League 2023-24 Final with a 2-0 aggregate scoreline after beating PSG by 1-0 in the second leg of the second semi-final at the Parc des Princes in Paris. Niclas Fullkrug's magnificent goal was the difference in the first leg and now it became Mats Hummels' fiery header which secured Dortmund's spot in the Finals after 11 years. Luis Enrique's Paris Saint Germain couldn't make the comeback possible against Edin Terzić's brave Yellow Wall.

Marco Reus and Mats Hummels are set to feature in the Final with Dortmund after 11 years and that too in the same stadium, Wembley. Whoever wins between Real Madrid and Bayern in another breathtaking semi-final second leg at the Santiago Bernabeu will face Dortmund in the Final.

Hummels struck five minutes into the second half and PSG were unable to make a comeback. They hit the woodwork four times in total but they could have scored from the other opportunities too. They got many chances but were wasteful every time. Dortmund had their plans and they stuck to it. 

Dortmund are sitting fifth in the German Bundesliga and were never expected to get out of the group stage of the UCL 2023-24 as the table toppers. They topped the group of death and are now in the Finals after showcasing brilliant football in every game. PSG’s failure in the crunch knockout tie in the competition continues.

PSG haven't won the UCL trophy despite all the money invested by the Qatari owners since the 2011 takeover, and Kylian Mbappe is set to leave the club for Real Madrid without winning it.
