New Update

"Salah's left foot is better than Ronaldo's" Klopp added. The post-match interview before the clash against Manchester United vs Liverpool FC has sparked some opinions. When asked Klopp added: 'Salah's left foot is better than Ronaldo's". Ole Gunnar Solskjaer added, "He will always back his man". Yet both managers are reluctant to pick between Salah and Ronaldo when ahead of their clash on Sunday.

The Merseyside Reds have started their 2021-22 Premier League campaign on a positive note. They haven't lost a single League match this season and are sitting just one point behind the table leader's Chelsea. However, the Red Devil's start to this campaign has been a bit shaky and they sit at 6th at the table.

Klopp's Opinion?

Klopp's response when he was asked to compare the similarities between Salah and Ronaldo.

Klopp added - "Why should we compare? Both are world-class. I would say Mo's left foot is better, Cristiano may be better in the air and with his right foot. Speed-wise, both are quick and desperate to score goals but I'm not too interested in comparing, sorry."

Looking at the stats of both the club's superstars both Ronaldo and Salah have been on top form. Salah has scored an impressive 12 goals and provided 4 assists in 11 appearances. On the other hand, Ronaldo has 6 goals in 9 appearances for the Red Devils.

What Ole Said?

Going over to the post-match interview with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Who got asked the same question to compare between both the star players.

Solskjaer said - "I'll always back Cristiano in any competition. He's unique and his goal-scoring record is fantastic. That being said, Salah is on fire at the moment and when you see some of the goals he has scored lately, we know we have to be at our best to defend against him. Players like this don't come around very often and we've got to enjoy them when we watch them from afar, but not on Sunday, that's too close for me."

He went to add on - "We've got to do a good job, not just against him. I'm a big admirer of the front line they've had for many years now with Mane and Firmino and maybe Jota will play, who knows. They are players you have to focus on and have to be nailed on for 95 mins to keep a clean sheet."

Comparison between both the players is quite difficult. Both of them possess the prowess and sheer skills which undoubtedly make them stand out from the rest.

The upcoming clash on Sunday will be a test for both the stars as fans are expecting some magical moments. Liverpool and Manchester United will be looking to avoid controversies as this rivalry can lead to spark tensions between the players.
