Ben Chilwell comes first on this list. The England left-back has only appeared in 7 matches in the Premier League for Chelsea this season and has been out most of the time due to injuries. Not only this season but the injury issues of Chilwell are haunting the London-based club for quite some time. He is earning £10,400,000 annually which surely doesn't justify his availability in the squad and his performances.

William Saliba is earning £9,880,000 annually for Arsenal and has only tackled around one player per 90 minutes this season. It simply doesn't justify the money Arsenal are spending on him. Mostly he is out of Arteta's plans due to his unavailability and Arsenal are struggling to find the momentum at the back for the same reason.
