After Mirabai Chanu, P.V Sindhu and Lovlina Borgohain bags medals in their respective events. Moreover, Indian Men's Hockey Team wins Bronze after a long wait of 41 years. Also, Ravi Kumar Dahiya becomes the first male individual event medalist since 2012. However, he bags Silver in Wrestling 57kg event after losing against Zavur Uguev in the Finals. But the start of day 15 was not good for team India. The women's hockey team looses in their bronze medal match. However, they lost by 4-3 margin against Great Britain. But they put up a brilliant fight against them. Also Deepak Punia looses his Bronze medal match on day 15. On the other hand Bajrang Punia wins his round of 8 match and goes through the Semi Finals. Moreover, Aditi Ashok holds her 2nd position in the 3rd round of women's individual strokeplay.

However, India's Gold Medal hope is still alive in Wrestling and Javelin throw finals. India has secured Five medals, two Silver's and the other three is Bronze. So, its a important day for India in the Javelin Throw Finals. India is hoping for another medal from Neeraj Chopra in this event.
