India ended their campaign in the 8th ISSF Shooting World Cup by ranking second position with 7 medals, which include 1 gold, 1 silver, and 5 bronze. Indiaโs Sift Kaur Samra won a bronze medal in the womenโs 50m rifle 3 positions on the last day of the tournament. While Chinaโs Zhang Qiongyue won the gold medal in the menโs 25m rapid-fire event. This is Chinaโs eighth gold medal in the World Cup. In this way, China captured the overall championship with a total of 12 medals including eight gold, two silver, and two bronze. The ISSF Bhopal World Cup is being organized at the State Shooting Academy in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. The last five days of shooting were fiercely contested. Two finals were played on the last day. In both, China dominated by winning the gold medal. In the womenโs 50m rifle 3 positions event, Indiaโs Sift Kaur Samra put up a strong show but failed to make it to the finals on Monday.
