India clinched a historic win against England in the final of the NatWest Trophy 2002. Chasing a massive 326 runs as target, India were rescued from a middle-order collapse by youngsters Yuvraj Singh and Mohammad Kaif who put together a 120-run partnership in just 106 balls. The youngsters helped Ganguly's new-age India clinch their first ever trophy in ODI cricket.
Yuvraj was instrumental to the victory, hitting 69 off 63 balls and getting India out of misery. After his dismissal in the 42nd over, Kaif worked with the tail and scored another 59 runs to help India clinch a thriller with 3 balls and 2 wickets remaining.
5. 330/4 vs Pakistan (2012)

India chased down the target of 330 runs in 47.5 overs against Pakistan in the 2012 Asia Cup match played at Sher-e-Bangla Stadium in Mirpur on March 18, 2012. Virat Kohli scored 183 runs from 148 balls to help the MS Dhoni-led side secure a famous win by six wickets. Apart from Kohli, Tendulkar scored 52 runs from 48 balls, and Rohit Sharma hammered 68 runs from 83 balls.
Kohli's 183 completely overshadowed Pakistan openers' Mohammad Hafeez and Nasir Jamshed's centuries that had helped them post a 329 on board. He just murdered the opposition bowlers, scoring at a brutal pace, the man made the 330-run target look like cakewalk as India were home with 13 balls to spare.
4. 331/4 vs Australia (2016)

India successfully chased 331/4 set by Australia, reaching the target in 49.4 overs. Manish Pandey struck his maiden one-day century in a high-scoring thriller to secure India a pride-salvaging six-wicket victory against Australia in the fifth and final ODI in Sydney.
Staring at a series whitewash after four defeats, India rode Pandey's scintillating 104 off 81 balls to chase down a 331-run victory target with two balls to spare, marking one of the highest successful ODI chases on Australian soil. Pandey was adjudged man-of-the-match, while team-mate Rohit won the man-of-the-series award for the 441 runs he amassed in five matches.
3. 351/4 vs Australia (2013)

Just two weeks after scripting India highest run chase in ODI in Jaipur, the Men in Blue were at it again, this time in Nagpur, facing another 350+ target from the Aussies. And once more, India delivered, chasing down 351 with 3 balls and 6 wickets to spare.
Shikhar Dhawan led the charge with a fluent 100 off 102 balls, giving India a strong platform in the Powerplay. After that, Virat Kohli, fresh from his record-breaking century in Jaipur, followed it up with a fiery 115 off 66 balls, the fastest ODI century against Australia at the time.
2. 356/7 vs England (2017)

In the first ODI of the three-match series at the MCA Stadium in Pune, England posted a formidable 350/7, a total that would win most matches. But once again, India chased it down, ending at 356/7 in 48.1 overs, recording their second-highest run chase in ODI history.
India stuttered early on in the chase but the superlative 200-run partnership between Virat Kohli (122) and Kedar Jadhav (120) brought back on the track. Things got tensed towards the end when both these batsmen got out, but India's lower order batsmen held their nerves and dragged the home team beyond the finish line.

1. 362/1 vs Australia (2013)

When Australia posted a gigantic 359/5 in the second ODI at Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur, most expected the visitors to level the series. But what followed was nothing short of legendary, India pulled off the highest run chase in ODI history, reaching the target in just 43.3 overs with 9 wickets in hand. It was a performance that set the benchmark of highest successful chase for India in ODIs.
Rohit Sharma played the perfect anchor, holding one end and switching gears beautifully. He remained unbeaten on 141 off 123 balls, with 17 fours and 4 sixes.
