Leylah Fernandez is having the best time of her life at the US Open. She defeated the former champion, Angelique Kerber, 4-6, 7-6(5), 6-2 on Sunday. The 19-year-old impressed the entire world with her incredible performance on Sunday by beating the former champion.

In between, Daniil Medvedev fired off 13 aces and ended Dan Evans' US Open challenge. In the fourth round, the Russian player beat Dan Evans with 6-3 6-4 6-3.

Just before beating Kerber, the 19-year-old defeated Naomi Osaka, one of the greatest tennis players, in the third round. These 2 days are probably two of the best days of her life and the remarkable moments of her career.

Fernandez said, "Honestly, the crowd has been amazing, so thanks to them I was able to win. "I was just trusting my game. She (Kerber) is an incredible fighter, incredible player. Just putting one more ball back in, fighting, and just having fun on the court."

After a fifth-set tiebreak against Alexei Popyrin, Medvedev reached the last 16. He reached the men's singles quarter-finals after the fourth-round match. He might have lost to Rafael Nadal two years ago, but this time he made a great comeback and finished the final game of the second set in less than 1 minute with a few aces and the service winner. Also, he won all his first-serve points in the third hosted in Arthur Ashe stadium
