Heinrich Klaasen and Shahbaz Ahmed pulled Sunrisers Hyderabad out of the pits to suddenly make a game out of a chase of 209 against the Kolkata Knight Riders.
However, with SRH needing 13 to win off the last over and Klaasen having a hit a six off its first ball, Harshit Rana went on to dismiss the South African.
Kolkata Knight Riders ended up winning the match by four runs.
SRH openers Mayank Agarwal and Abhishek Sharma, who came in as an impact sub, got Sunrisers Hyderabad off to a promising start in the chase of 209 as the opening pair stitched a 60-run stand lacing eight boundaries between themselves and three sixes.
Earlier in the match, Phil Salt got Kolkata Knight Riders off to a sensational start. Salt got the hosts off to a flier with a hat-trick of sixes in the second over.
Ramandeep Singh launched a counterattack that put the hosts back on top. He hit four sixes and a four as he scored 35 runs in 17 balls in a 54-run stand with Phil Salt
After that the Russell show began! Andre Russell ended up smashing seven sixes and three fours as he finished unbeaten on 64 off 25. He put up an 81-run stand with Rinku Singh that came in just 33 balls.
