The bowler needs to be at his/her best to outfox the batter with his/her bowling skills. Till the 2021 men's T20 World Cup, only four bowlers could achieve this dream. Surprisingly, after the inaugural edition of the T20 world cup in 2007, 3 bowlers picked up hat-tricks in T20 World Cup this year. Let's take a look at all the bowlers to reach this prestigious landmark.
1. Brett Lee
In the 2007 T20 World Cup, Brett Lee wrote history and picked up the first-ever hat-trick in the marquee tournament's history. He achieved this landmark in a match against Bangladesh. Brett Lee bowled his second spell in the 17th over and sent back Shakib Al Hasan, Ashraf Murtaza, and Alok Kapali to the pavilion in his hat-tricks. He single-handedly changed the game and registers such a memorable moment of T20 World Cup history.

2. Curtis Campher

After 14 years of the record set by Brett Lee, Ireland's Curtis Campher joined him with hat-tricks in T20 World Cup history. In the match played against the Netherlands, the Ireland pacer not only scalped the hat-trick but also took 4 wickets in 4 balls. He bowled in the 10th over and took the wickets of Colin Ackerman, Ryan ten Doeschate, Scott Edwards, and Roelof van der Merwe.
3. Wanindu Hasaranga
Wanindu Hasaranga is the second bowler who picked up a hat-trick in the 2021 T20 World Cup. Concerning the T20 World Cup history, he is the third bowler to do so. Sharjah hosted the match against South Africa where Wanindu showed a stellar performance with figures of 4-0-20-3. He picked up the wickets of Temba Bavuma, Aiden Markram, and Dwaine Pretorius. Even after such powerful bowling, Sri Lanka failed to win the match.

4. Kagiso Rabada

The third bowler in the 2021 T20 World Cup and the fourth bowler in T20 World Cup history to pick up a hat-trick Kagiso Rabada. The South African pacer executed his marvelous performance in the last Group match of the Super 12 stage against England. He dismissed Chris Woakes, Eoin Morgan, and Chris Jordan in the 20th over with the figure of 4-0-48-3.
