1. Tom Latham
Tom Latham of New Zealand bags the first position in this list with 252 runs. In the second test match of the series between New Zealand and Bangladesh, Latham smashed double tons and took the team to victory by an innings and 117 runs. Christchurch hosted the match from 9 January 2022 to 11 January 2022.

2. Joe Root
The next cricketer on this list of highest scores in WTC 2021-23 is Joe Root with 180* runs. The England test captain played a great knock of 180* runs against India on 12 August 2021 but unfortunately could not win the match for his team. Root scored these in the 2nd test match of the 5-match test series against India and this was hosted in the Lord's. Interestingly, he scored the overall highest runs in WTC 2021-23 till now and aggregated 841 runs.
3. Dhananjaya de Silva
On the 2nd test match of Sri Lanka vs West Indies from 29 November 2021 to 3 January 2022, Dhananjaya de Silva smashed 155* runs in the 2nd innings. Galle hosted the 2nd test match of the West Indies tour of Sri Lanka. His century also helped his team to win by 164 runs. He was also awarded the Player of the match fo 155* runs and 5 catches.

4. Travis Head
Travis Head started his journey in the ongoing Ashes tournament with great momentum. In the 1st innings of the 1st match, Travis smashed 152 runs, which is also his highest score in WTC 2021-23. His attacking style of play helped the hosts, Australia, to make a total of 425 runs, and win the match by 9 wickets.

5. Mayank Agarwal
Mayank Agarwal broke his 2-year-long century drought and smashed 150 runs in the 2nd test match of the 2-match series at home against New Zealand. India's opener gave a great start to the innings and took the team to 325 runs. He followed his performance in the second innings as well and scored 65 runs. His knocks and an overall team effort helped the team to not only win the match but also register India's biggest victory (by runs).
