#1. Suresh Raina

Suresh Raina is the first Indian player to score a century in T20I. He made this record on May 2, 2010, against South Africa in the 2010 T20 WC. Raina scored an unbeaten 101 off just 60 balls, with the help of 9 fours and 5 sixes. He made the same record in IPL 2013 when he scored a century against Kings 11 Punjab. Raina hit the century in 53 balls and maintained a decent strike rate of 189. In this knock, he smashed 7 boundaries and 6 sixes. Raina is one of the finest players in the T20 format and scored a lot of runs for CSK in IPL history.

Rohit Sharma has been one of the most successful players in T20 history. Till now Rohit Sharma scored 4 T20I centuries which is the most by any player in T20 history. His first T20I century came in 2015 against South Africa in the HPCA stadium, Dharmashala. Later he scored the fastest T20I hundred in just 35 balls in 2017 against West Indies where he scored 118 runs in just 43 balls. His remaining two T20I centuries came in 2018 against England and West Indies. Rohit scored an IPL century in the 2012 season against KKR at Eden Gardens Kolkata. He is the second Indian batsman to score a century in T20I and IPL.

#3 KL Rahul

KL Rahul is the third player in the list of Indians who scored a century in T20I and IPL history. His first t20I century came in 2016 against West Indies where he scored an unbeaten 110 runs in just 51 balls with 12 boundaries and 5 sixes. His second T20I century came in 2018 against England where he scored an unbeaten 101 runs with 10 boundaries and 5 sixes. Rahul scored four centuries in IPL history till now. His first century came in IPL 2019 against Mumbai Indians. He scored an unbeaten 100 in 64 balls with a strike rate of 156.25. Rahul scored his second IPL century in IPL 2020 where he scored an unbeaten 132 runs in 69 balls against RCB. His remaining two centuries came against Mumbai Indians in IPL 2022.

#4 Surya Kumar Yadav

Suryakumar Yadav is the best T20 batsman at the moment. He scored three centuries in T20Is till now where two of them were in 2022 and the last one in 2023. He scored his first T20I century against England in July 2022 at Trent Bridge. Sky scored his second T20I century against NZ where he scored an unbeaten 111 off just 51 balls with the help of 11 fours and 7 sixes. His third century came in Srilanka where he scored 112 runs off just 51 balls. Sky scored his maiden IPL hundred this season against Gujarat Titans. he scored an unbeaten 103 runs in 49 balls, including 11 boundaries and 6 sixes.

#5 Virat Kohli

Virat Kohli had an insane IPL season in 2016 where he made 4 centuries in a single season. He made 5 IPL centuries in his career and a T20I century. Kohli made his first IPL century against Gujarat Lions when he scored an unbeaten hundred in 63 balls. The next century he scored against RPSG in Chinnaswamy Stadium. He again scored another century against Gujarat Lions twice in the same season of IPL. He scored another unbeaten 113 runs knock against KXIP in just 50 balls in Chinnaswamy Stadium. Kohli scored another IPL century in 2019 against KKR at Eden Gardens Kolkata. He scored a 58 ball hundred with the help of 9 boundaries and 4 sixes. He scored his maiden T20I hundred against Afghanistan in Dubai International Stadium where he made 122 runs in 61 balls with the help of 12 boundaries and 6 sixes.

He played for franchises like KKR, PBKS, and RCB, and won multiple awards at his prime years like 2011 (smashed 2 centuries), 2012 (claimed the Orange Cap) and of course, 2013, where he scored the monumental 175* against PWI.

Sharma received 2 P.O.T.M awards in IPL 2025; one for his 75* (45 balls) against CSK in league stage, and the other for his 81 runs off 50 balls against GT in IPL Eliminator.

Kohli has won a P.O.T.M award in IPL 2025 for his unbeaten 73 runs against Punjab Kings. He has scored 8 half-centuries so far this season and there might be another loading as RCB is set to play the Final.

In IPL 2025, Dhoni won the P.O.T.M award by delivering a match-winning knock of 26* runs off just 11 balls against LSG, which also made him the oldest player to win a P.O.T.M award in IPL history, at the age of 43 years and 280 days.
