The Durand Cup Organising Committee (DCOC) announced the schedule of the semi-finals and final of the 133rd Edition of the Durand Cup after the culmination of the Group Stage. They had already announced the quarter-final schedule where eight teams are fighting out for a spot in the final.
Northeast United defeated the Indian Army Football team in the first quarter-final by 2-0 while East Bengal FC were knocked out of the tournament by Shillong Lajong FC by 2-1 in the second quarter-final.
In the third quarter-final, Mohun Bagan defeated Punjab FC on penalties in Jamshedpur. In the last quarter-final, Bengaluru FC beat Kerala Blasters FC by 1-0 via a late goal from Pereyra Diaz.
Although the DCOC had decided to host the semi-final matches in Kolkata, after East Bengal's defeat against Shillong Lajong, they moved the first semi-final to Shillong.
