India with a 29-medal record campaign are at number 16 at the moment in the medal tally.

With a timing of 24.75s Simran along with his guide Abhay Singh won the Bronze medal in Women's 200m - T12 event.

Prachi clocks an impressive 1:05.66 in the women’s Va’a Single 200m - VL2 Semifinals. She finished third in her heat and qualified for Final A. 

Jyoti Gaderiya is not doing so well in the para cycling final. She finds herself in last after the first lap, nearly 10 minutes behind the leader.

Yash Kumar finishes last in his semi-final in the Men's Kayak Single 200m KL1 event. He bows out of any final contention.

Praveen Kumar cleared 2.08m and broke the Asian Record to win gold in the men’s high jump T64 final. This is his second straight Paralympic medal. Praveen won silver medal at the Tokyo Paralympics in 2021.

Praveen has taken India's medal tally to 26. India has now won six gold medals in Paris, which is the country's best-ever tally at any Paralympics.

Dipesh Kumar’s throws of 26.11m, 25.59m in his first two attempts. after which he fouls. The Indian is currently placed last.

Pooja Ojha finishes last in her women’s kayak single 200m KL1 heats, clocking 1:16.09.

She will be in the semifinals as the winner of each heat qualifies to final A, while the remainder to the semifinals.

Indian athlete Dilip Mahadu Gavit qualifies for Men's 400m T47 final. He finished third in his heat with a season best timing of 49.54s.

First three in each heat (Q) and the next two fastest (q) advance to the final.

Manolis Stefanoudakis of Greece leads the men’s javelin throw F54 with a 30.13m throw in his second attempt.

India's Simran Sharma, who is the reigning world champion, tops her heat in the Women's 200m T12 event with a timing of 25.41s. She is through to the semi-finals

India's Dipesh Kumar begins his men's javelin throw F54 final. He has a personal best of 27.90.

Prachi Yadav finished fourth in her heats in the Women’s Va’a Single 200m - VL2 event clocking 1:06.83.
