According to cricket news, an New Zealand Cricket spokesperson confirmed that there will be no matches of India vs New Zealand this year.

According to cricket news, an New Zealand Cricket spokesperson confirmed that there will be no matches between India and New Zealand this year. The men in blue were to play 3 ODIs against the Kiwi under the new 2023 ODI super league.

The series has been postponed for 2020 now. No dates have been released yet but it will be played after the men's Twenty20 World Cup in Australia in November. The reason behind the postpone is because the NZC is struggling to host multiple teams for their home summer.

The Black Caps are currently saying pakistani will play a white ball series. They are not returning home anytime soon before November. Also they need to undergo quarantine probably till Christmas. Therefore, there will be no Boxing Day Test this year in New Zealand. After that, the T20 World Cup will take place and then the team will land in India.

According to cricket news, after the 2021 T20 World Cup, New Zealand will have a busy time in hosting the Netherlands, South Africa and Bangladesh in the summer. Also, the country will host the Women's World Cup from March 4 2022 to April 3 2022.

NZC chief executive David White previously told Stuff.co.nz said, "We've got to be mindful of players coming back from a long winter and we've got to give them time at home as well."
