Women's and men's teams get silver in Chess

India's men's and women's teams have won silver medals in chess. Among the men, Arjun Erigaisi, D Gukesh, Vidit Gujrathi, and Harikrishna Pentala won their Round 9 matches against the Philippines. Indian men's cricket team gets gold

Indian men's cricket team has also got the gold medal. India faced Afghanistan in the final match. Batting first, Afghan scored 112 runs losing five wickets in 18.5 overs. Satwik-Chirag wins gold

Another medal is confirmed for India in wrestling. Deepak Punia defeated Javrail Shapiev of Uzbekistan by a close margin of 4-3 in the semi-finals. Deepak will face 2016 Olympic gold medalist, three-time world champion and current Asian Games champion Hazan Yazdani of Iran in the final.
