10-year-old Shauryajit Khaire of Gujarat created history by winning a medal in the National Games 2022 on Monday. This child won a bronze medal in Pole Mallakhamb and with this, Shauryajit has become the youngest player to win a medal in these games. Gujarat, however, is outside the top-3 in the medal tally. Here Maharashtra has shown its strength, removing Haryana from the second place and has taken this place in its name.

Shauryajit surprised everyone with his feats and was also successful in winning a medal on the basis of his game in the National Games 2022. Earlier, she had won gold in individual all-round and team events. She also won a bronze medal in the pole event. Siddhi Gupta of Madhya Pradesh won the gold in this category with a score of 9.10. Akshay Prakash Taral won the title of men's all-round championship. He achieved double success by winning the rope competition by 8.95 points. While Uttar Pradesh made a big upset by defeating Maharashtra in the semi-finals of men's hockey.
