Indonesia Open 2023: What happened in the match?
Satwiksairaj and Chirag stunned top seed Fajar Alfian and Muhammad Rian Ardianto in straight games to sail into the men's doubles semifinals of the Indonesia Open on Friday. The men's doubles final lasted for an hour and seven minutes as the Indian pair made a comeback after losing the first game 17-21. They made a comeback near the conclusion of the second game, but they were unable to complete the game. The third game, on the other hand, was much closer than predicted, with both sides focusing on offense. The Indians will have to fill the defensive vulnerabilities that nearly cost them a spot in the finals.
In their first World Tour Super 1000 final, Satwik and Chirag will meet the winner of the other semifinal between Indonesia's Pramudya Kusumawardana and Yeremia Erich Yoche Yacob Rambitan and Malaysia's second seeds Aaron Chia and Wooi Yik Soh.
