Herschelle Gibbs

Herschelle Gibbs is the first batsman to hit six sixes in an over in international cricket. He showed this incredible performance in the 2007 ICC ODI World Cup against the Netherlands. The former South African cricketer clearly thrashed in the over of Daan van Bunge and became the first cricketer to achieve this feat in international cricket. Also, he is the only cricketer to do so in the ICC World Cup to date.

Yuvraj Singh

The most probable memorable moment of Yuvraj Singh’s career is the six sixes against England. In the 2007 T20 World Cup, the former Indian cricketer tore down Stuart Broad by strucking 6 sixes in his over. On that match of 20 overs, the Indian team added 204/3 to the scoreboard. In the end, India won by 18 runs.

Kieron Pollard

Kieron Pollard joined this elite club lately by striking six sixes in an over of Sri Lanka spinner Akila Dananjaya. He is the third cricketer to do so in international cricket after Herschelle Gibbs and Yuvraj Singh. He showed this stormy performance in the first T20I between the West Indies and Sri Lanka in March 2021.

Yesterday on 9th September 2021, Jaskaran Malhotra joined these 3 legendary cricketers in hitting six sixes in an over. In an ODI match against Pappa  Papua New Guinea, he smashed 36 runs in the final over of the innings. In the over of Papua New Guinea’s Gaudi Toka, he smashed six sixes and became the first USA cricketer to hit an ODI ton.
