Team News
Delhi Capitals
DC are coming into this huge game after winning their previous game. The Capitals put up a huge total of 224 but ended up winning the match by only 4 runs. The consistency has been a problem for Delhi and it would be difficult for them when they meet Mumbai on Saturday.
Prithvi Shaw couldn't contribute with more than 11 runs but he will be an important player as DC will be relying on him to get a good start which hasn't been the case this season. David Warner's form has been a huge setback for DC. The veteran opener has struggled to find runs and missed the last game too.

Fraser-McGurk has displayed his sensational hitting in the four matches he played this season. The right-handed batter has already scored 163 runs and can only improve. The South African youngster, Tristan Stubbs is a vital batter in the DC unit. Stubbs has scored 225 runs at an impressive strike rate of 192.31 so far this season.
Captain Rishabh Pant has been impressive since making a comeback from a horrible accident. He has scored 342 runs for his side this season and is the main strength in the middle order. He was the main reason, DC could put up 224 runs on the scoreboard against GT in the previous game.
Axar Patel bowled a decent spell in the last game but his main highlight was his batting. He scored 66 runs and helped Rishabh Pant continuously from the other end. He is going to play a crucial role against Mumbai too.

Mukesh Kumar struggled in the last game. His consistency has been a huge issue for Delhi. The right-arm pacer bowls mainly in the death overs but he conceded 41 runs against GT. He would be hoping to improve from that pathetic bowling performance. Kuldeep Yadav is having a brilliant season and when everyone was conceding runs cheaply, he grabbed 2 wickets and maintained an economy of 7.25 in the previous game.
The left-arm wrist spinner has bowled brilliantly this season and will look to continue that against MI too. Anrich Nortje's selection will be a huge question as he hasn't bowled a good spell once this season.
Mumbai Indians
MI are expected to play with the same eleven they used in the game against Rajasthan. Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan are set to open the inning with the bat and the duo have been good for Mumbai. The duo failed against Rajasthan but it doesn't mean they haven't performed this season. Suryakumar Yadav's struggle continues at no 3. So, he will be looking to make a strong comeback against Delhi.

Hardik Pandya hasn't delivered this season and needs to work on himself as the World Cup is coming soon too. Tim David and Romario Shepherd have done a decent job batting down the order but couldn't contribute anything in the previous game. Mumbai will be happier if they can do the same against RR. Nehal Wadhera on the other side played a brilliant inning and will be desperate to continue that against DC too.
Gerald Coetzee hasn't been consistent this season which is a huge worrying sign. Jasprit Bumrah, who is at the peak of his career, will be leading the pace attack against RR. Piyush Chawla is the weak link in Mumbai's bowling setup and that's why Mumbai are playing Nabi alongside him. Nabi surely can cause some damage with bat and ball but he hasn't looked good.
