Indian Women's team will take on the four-time World Cup winners England on Wednesday at Bay Oval, New Zealand. England can face an early exit from the Women's World Cup if India can defeat them. Meanwhile, for India, it will be a very important game considering only four teams will move forward from the group stage and India is currently at number three on the table.

"England will be mentally down after losing all of their matches in their last six WODI matches. However, you never underestimate champion players like Tammy Beaumont and Nat Sciver," Gargi Banerjee cautioned India in an exclusive interview with Sportz Point.

However, she thinks India will have to watch out for Danni Wyatt who is yet to do great things in the Women's World Cup. "You never know with this kind of players. She is a hard hitter of the ball. So, India will have to bowl well at the start to get rid of her."

"England always struggled against spinners. And if two of our main spinners Deepti and Rajeshwari bowl well tomorrow, India will be ahead in the contest for sure. If Indian spinners can bowl well, England will definitely struggle," she added.

"If India bats first I think they will have to target 300. And, if they bowl first they will have to keep England under 200. This will help India keep the NRR high in a tough tournament like this."

Along with all the bowlers, Sneh Rana has impressed Gargi Banerjee a lot. "She is bowling wicket-to-wicket and her quicker ones are very deceptive as well," she said on Sneh's performance in the last game.

"Sneh should bowl in the first change. England has not played her before and she will be a surprise package for them. So bringing her early in the game will be a crucial decision for India."

In spite of the bowling attack doing well, Gargi Banerjee still thinks the inclusion of Poonam Yadav can work well for India. "Poonam bowls slower in the air and this can cause more trouble for the English players," she added.

Jhulan Goswami now has the most wickets in Women's World Cup | Sportz Point

In the end, she was all praise for Jhulan Goswami, who in the last game became the highest wicket-taker of the Women's ODI World Cup. "What we can say more about Jhulan. What she has done for women's cricket is quite phenomenal. I think this record will surely stay for more than 10-15 years. It will be very hard to beat any of her records."

The India vs England match will start at 6.30 am.
