Finally, Kuldeep Yadav gets a well-deserving wicket. Logan van Beek tried to slog-sweep Yadav but completely missed it. Kuldeep gets his second of the day.

Nidamanuru shwoing his skills with the bat down the order. He has been the best Netherlands with some fearless strokeplay. He is unbeaten on 35 from 26 and already has hit 4 sixes in the innning.

Siraj finally gets the wicket of Sybrand Engelbrecht  who was looking good in his defense. Siraj comes around the wicket and the plan works for the Indian pacer. Netherlands 173/6.

India crossed 250 in just 36th over. Iyer and KL Rahul taking the scoreboards ticking.

A brilliant cover drive and Iyer completes his 18th ODI fifty. He took only 48 balls to get to the milestone. This is the first time four top order players have scored a fifty in an ICC World Cup match.

Shreyas Iyer looks in complete control as he keeps on manuvering the ball and puts it to the boundary whenever he gets a chance. Iyer at number four is looking solid as ever.

After a shaky start, Virat Kohli is looking at his best. Boundaries followed by quick singles and he completes his 71st ODI fifty in just 53 balls. India

This is Kohli's 7th fifty of this World Cup.

However, it is Van der Merwe who gets him out clean bowled. Kohli looking for a shot on the backfoot but it was a bit flatter from the left-arm spinner. Kohli misses the ball completely and it's thrid down for India.

After a 91 runs first powerplay, Netherlands pull things back with a 49/2 second powerplay. Not only they were able to put a break to the run flow, they picked up two important wickets of Shubman Gill (51), and Rohit Sharma (61).

A good fifteen-tweenty minutes for Netherlands here. They have slowed down the run scoring but a bit and Bas de Leede gets Rohit Sharma in that period. Rohit tried to pull a delivery that was not there to be pulled. He gets a top edge and Wesley Barresi does the rest at long on!

Bas de Leede is now the highest wicket-taker for Netherlands in World Cup history. He goes past his after Tim de Leede.

The Indian team captain's dream run in the ICC World Cup 2023 2023 continues. This is his third fifty of the tournament and this time he takes on 44 balls to get to the milestone.

Shubman Gill scores his 12th ODI fifty and third of this ICC World Cup 2023. He does it in just 30 deliveries.

But, he had to go for 51 as Van Meekeren gets him out to a bouncer. Gill tried to hook the ball for a six, but only managed to get caught at the fine leg by Nidamanuru. A good catch by Nidamanuru on the boundary line.

Netherlands plan to go with spin backfires and India off to a great start in Bengalore. They cross 50 in just 6 overs with Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill launching the balls over the boundaries.

Rohit Sharma becomes the player with most sixes hit a calender year (59).

India for the third time scored more than 90 runs in the first powerplay of the inning. They are the now the only team to do it thrice in the tournament. Both Gill and Rohit looking solid and there is almost a boundary in every over. Surely India targeting a target over 400!
